Our title searches are quick and thorough, and we use Digistar (a TRW product) and Title Link to make sure you are getting quality. Our title insurance is typically provided through Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Corporation, or Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
